Important Information About This Legal Contract 
This Sale Agreement is a legal contract between the Customer and ValuePrint. The Customer accepts this Sale Agreement by making a purchase, placing an order, or otherwise shopping on the Site. (References to "you" or "your" shall relate to the Customer; references to "ValuePrint" shall relate to ValuePrint Centre and its associates) The terms and conditions of this Sale Agreement are subject to change without prior notice, except that the terms and conditions posted on the Site at the time the Customer initially places or modifies an order will govern the order in question.

The right to change prices and cancel orders without notice
We reserve the right to change prices without notice due to the nature of the industry. ValuePrint reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders, whether or not the order has been confirmed and payment made. If the payment has been made for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will notify you immediately and refund the amount paid. We will inform you as soon as possible of any changes in prices, or cancellation of orders.

Pricing and Information Disclaimer 
All pricing subject to change. For all prices, products and offers, ValuePrint reserves the right to make adjustments due to changing market conditions, product discontinuation, manufacturer price changes, errors in advertisements and other extenuating circumstances.

While ValuePrint uses reasonable efforts to include accurate and up-to-date information on the Site, ValuePrint makes no warranties or representations as to the Site's accuracy. ValuePrint assumes no liability or responsibility for any errors or omissions in the content on the Site. Please contact product manufacturer for any further details on the product or give us a call before you purchase if you're unsure.

Limitation of Liability 
ValuePrint will not be liable for lost profits, loss of business or other consequential, special, indirect, or punitive damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. ValuePrint will not be liable for products or services not being available for use. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products or services, ValuePrint is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by the customer for the purchase(s) under this agreement.

Orders; Payment Terms; GST
All prices stated on the website is GST Inclusive. Orders are not binding upon ValuePrint until accepted by ValuePrint.Terms of payment are within ValuePrint's sole discretion. Invoices are due and payable within the time noted on the invoice, measured from the date of the invoice. All payments are to be made when invoiced; you are entitled to a full refund if the product is not available.
Print Yield
All print yield stated on product details are referred to as 5% coverage on an A4 size paper. This yield reference is the industrial standard used by all OEM cartridges.

Cancellation of orders or Change of orders
ValuePrint may not refund in full simply because the customer changes his/her Mind after the item being shipped. Once an item is shipped restocking fee will apply if the customer wishes to change or cancel the item. We reserve the rights to keep up to $20 or 20% of the full invoice amount payment(whichever is higher) for such cases. Items that are on backorder status can be changed or cancel without any restocking fee.

ValuePrint provides product defective warranty for our branded products for 6 months from date of purchase. All other OEM products warranty is provided by relevant Manufacturers’ specific warranty.

Since most of the OEM printers are using "Smart Chips", which communicate with the Printer Driver's firmware. Some of the OEMs may provide firmware upgrade to reject Compatible cartridges and caused "Unrecognised" issue. We are unable to provide warranty due to this uncontrollable fact. We urge all customers do not upgrade the driver firmware where possible.

Disclosure Statement

Customer information: We do not disclose customer data to any third party other than online payment gateway and delivery carriers.

Commission/Referral fees: We do not pay/receive/ commission/referral fees to/from any third party in supplying the goods from our website sale.

Delivered goods: Customers are responsible for all goods that have been delivered to the nominated delivery address. 

Freight Policy 
Please refer to “
Freight & Delivery” for specific details. For the Customer's protection, we ship only to an address that can be verified according to our standards.

Return Policies & Procedures           
Since printer consumables have a certain used by date and re-sell value reducing accordingly. Therefore our Return Policies/Procedures must be strictly applied.
We guarantee the quality of our products and offer a replacement for all defect items. Customer must inform us of the reasons for returning and quote your original invoice/order number via email within 7 days of receiving the products and obtain return authorisation before sending back the items. Customers are responsible for returning freight. And do not open or handwrite anything on the retail packing box, which once opened or with handwritten on it; No return or refund accepted with no exception.  
We DO NOT accept returns for Incorrect items ordered by Customers or Unused items. Please make sure you have selected the correct items and Qty before confirming the order.
We only accept 2 types of returns below: 
Unused cartridges and Change your mind is not an acceptable reason for returning goods or request for refund. In this case, no returns are accepted with no exception. Please make sure you have selected the correct items and Qty before confirming the order. 
Incorrect items shipped by Us-within 7 days conditions  
If we incorrectly shipped goods, which must be returned to us within 7 days of the receipt and in its absolute original packaging (i.e. unopened, no damage and no handwriting). Please check carefully when items arrived before opening the packing. And do not open the packing box, which once opened; No return or refund accepted with no exception. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the returning freight charges to ValuePrint warehouse. Please use registered post for the returning items, we will resend the correct items with no charge.
Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.

Faulty items - within 30 days conditions  
All faulty items due to the manufacturing process will be replaced at no charge. Please note the following conditions apply:        
  • Faulty items must be returned within 30 days from order date with no exception. All returning items must have (1) a printout from the printer and indicating clearly to prove the faulty and (2) a copy of the usage report from the printer. We will not investigate the claim without proof of printout and printer usage report. In this case; all claims will be rejected.
  • Min 70% of ink or powder level maintained for each of the returning items. If ink or powder volume below this level. No faulty claim is accepted.
  • Mis-handling and use of products where require further processes by users are not covered under warranty or considered faulty, i.e. Refilling cartridges, original micro-chips removal processes exercised by users and any components that not provided by ValuePrint. No return or refund is accepted in this case.

We will examine the returned items and clarify the defeats with our supplying Manufacturers before resending the replacement items.

If returned goods found not faulty, customers must pay ValuePrint a handling fee of $20.00 and for the returning freight if they want us to return the items.

If a replacement item is not available; we do not provide a refund, but store credit to offset from next order.
Please note that you must contact us via email: 
sales@valueprint.net.au and obtain an “AO” Authorisation Order before sending back the items.

Return Authorisations are only valid for 14 days.
